PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOU CAN PROCEED WITH YOUR REQUEST AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE

OUR GENERAL POLICY FOR ONLINE SALES

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items in their original, unused condition, along with all packaging.

Please email hello@treohome.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will issue a refund. 

If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping labels, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package. 

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. 

Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If the candle is damaged, please email us a picture, and we will reimburse it if eligible. 

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any sale items.

All E-Gift Cards are non refundable.

OUR GENERAL POLICY FOR THIRD PARTY SALES

In the case of third-party sales, unfortunately, we can’t reimburse the product. We suggest returning it to the store you purchase it from for a refund or exchange.
