Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday 9-5. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day.
Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for tracking information to go live.
Please note, time in transit estimates do not include processing time. Time in transit begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at TRĒO have no control over these circumstances.

We ship to the contiguous United States, HI and AK, including APO, PO Boxes. Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses.
Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

- Orders over $65 = Free Standard Shipping

All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
TRĒO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.
